Role & responsibilities As a Senior .NET Developer at Payhuddle, you will play a pivotal role in developing payment certification products and solutions. Your primary focus will be on back-end components and API development while collaborating on front-end tasks to ensure a seamless user experience. You will leverage your experience to analyze business requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop technical specifications. In this role, you will adhere to our coding standards that promote code quality, security, efficiency, and maintainability. Your contributions will ensure that our software solutions are effective, secure, scalable, and sustainable. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise in GIT or other version control management tools is essential for maintaining collaborative workflows. Technical Expertise You should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using C# and RESTful services, which are critical for thriving in this role. Proficiency in MVC or .NET Core, along with experience in any database, is essential. A strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with SOLID principles and design patterns is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with GIT or other code repository tools is crucial for this role. Proficiency in GIT streamlines collaboration among team members and enhances overall workflow by ensuring efficient tracking and management of code changes. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as XUnit or NUnit is also highly desirable. These frameworks are vital for maintaining code quality and reliability, allowing developers to write tests that validate functionality. By integrating unit testing into your development process, you contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Knowledge of AWS services is highly desirable, as it enhances your ability to design and deploy scalable applications in the cloud. Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and EC2 will be beneficial for optimizing our payment solutions. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines within the AWS ecosystem, along with proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, will further strengthen your candidacy.
