Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper documentation. Integrate and manage CodePush for seamless over-the-air (OTA) updates to mobile apps. Work with GitHub for version control, pull requests, branching, and code reviews. Use Jira to manage project tasks, track bugs, and monitor sprint progress. Coordinate development across multiple applications , ensuring consistency and performance. Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams to deliver features on time. Guide and support fellow developers through code reviews and technical mentoring. Monitor application performance and fix bugs or issues proactively. Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile development and React Native ecosystem. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native , JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience integrating CodePush (App Center or equivalent) for OTA deployments. Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle and app store submission process. Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, MobX, or Context API. Proficient in GitHub for code management and Jira for task tracking. Experience working on and managing multiple mobile apps simultaneously. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Ability to work independently and manage team collaboration effectively. Nice to Have Native development knowledge in Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C). Experience with Firebase, App Center, and CI/CD pipelines. Previous experience in leading a development team or mentoring developers.
