Job DescriptionAs a Software Engineer - Python, you will focus on building engineering applications, integrating APIs, and optimizing engineering workflows through software solutions. This role requires a strong programming background in Python, experience in software development and tool integration, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions using Python. (Experience with C#, Visual Basic, or Tcl is a plus.) Collaborate with engineering teams to understand workflows and develop custom tools and automation solutions. Build and integrate custom engineering software applications and extensions for engineering platforms.Utilize APIs to connect engineering software with external tools, databases, and automation frameworks. Ensure high-quality software development by optimizing performance, improving scalability, and refining system architecture. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for developed tools and processes.Provide guidance and support to engineers on effectively using the developed tools Work independently on assigned projects while proactively identifying and solving technical challenges. QualificationsBachelors degree in computer science, Engineering or a related technical field.Atleast 3 years of software development experience.Strong programming skills in Python with experience in software architecture, debugging, and optimization.
