Role & responsibilities : Oversee 2-Hour/Same-Day Delivery Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, etc) across our dark stores in Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Work closely with Zippee customers (D2C/Marketplaces/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth. Ensure 100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.
