Role & responsibilities Laboratory Incharge: Job Description Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc. /BE Chemical Exp : 6-8 yrs 1. Thorough Knowledge/awareness on Water analysis ( Fresh water & Waste Water STP & ETP ) - Physical & Chemical Analysis. 2. Handling & Maintenance of Instruments (Spectro photo meter, Flame photometer, Turbidity meter, pH meter, conductivity meter, COD Digestor ,BOD incubator. 3. Calibration & Maintenance of reports along with NABL certificates. 4. Documentation & Generation of Reports. 5. Maintenance of GLP,GHK & GDP. 6. Knowledge of ISO & NABL ISO 17025:2017 7. Knowledge on COD, BOD, ETP,STP. 8. Sample Preparation. NABL guidelines ISO 17025:2017 1. Participating in ILC& PT 2. Conducting Internal Audit ( ISO 17025:2017) 3. Knowledge on Calibration & Maintenance of equipments. 4. Awareness on Certified Reference Materials NIST grade chemicals. 5. Purchase of chemicals. 6. To analyze Root cause analysis & take CAPA for any deviations/customer compliant. 7. Coordinating & Liaosning with NABL team for periodic audits. 8. Complete laboratory functions & Quality functions of ISO 17025:2017. 9. Awareness on KSPCB norms & guidelines. 10. Handling team 2-3 person in laboratory.
