Procurement of Project material for factory expansion, process equipment and overall idea of Raw material like Charcoal, coconut , etc. Location: Arsikerre, Tiptur (Near to Bangalore with 2 hours train distance) Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient procurement activities. Identify potential vendors and suppliers to meet organizational requirements. Negotiate contracts and cost-effective deals with vendors and suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Analyze market trends and research best products and services. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and other important data. Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers. Monitor and manage budget for procurement activities. Handle procurement issues and complaints from vendors and clients. Procurement of Project material requirement and Engineering goods of civil, electrical, mechanical, machines, and services Procurement of Charcoal (base line idea of buying of coconut or commodity products) Ability to use MS office applications Word, Excel & outlook 14. High ability to quickly tackle multiple local suppliers and develop suppliers locally with harmonized relationships 15. Working with contractors on Process (chemical engineer), mechanical work (mechanical engineering), Electrical work (electrical engineering), Civil work (civil engineering) 16. Collaborations with users for end usage and work according to requirement of user with their feedback and provide input to supplier for their improvements 17. Preparation of the daily, weekly, monthly supplier index and supplier reliability work 18. Update team on new contracts and adherenace to contracts 19. Daily and weekly feedback to India CEO and international team on price variations and challenges and collaborate with local govement bodies for rate fluctuations
