Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and effective customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues, ensuring a high level of service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer care, or customer service roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Flexibility to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Additional Information This is a contractual position with an annual salary of 2,00,000 . We have 10 positions available for this role, and the work location is in Kochi and Bangalore . The work mode is hybrid , allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work.
