Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory, and drive sales. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant atmosphere while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage bar staff scheduling, training, and performance Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control Maintain cleanliness and bar hygiene standards Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest queries Develop and promote signature drinks and upselling strategies Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety laws Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of mixology and bar operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
