Job Description

The COB & CM Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role with the responsibility to support Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM). You will manage risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impact to business, and required corrective actions. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing security risk evidence, and coordinating with internal and external compliance and auditing agencies officials. Additionally, you will interface with business managers, end-users, and technical staff for provisioning access and exercise independent judgment in analyzing, configuring, and fulfilling required security solutions. As the COB & CM Intmd Analyst, you will be responsible for developing procedures and process control manuals, initiating and managing the assessment, knowledge transfer, and transition of new security and/or COB systems. Your role will also involve generating metrics and managing productivity to ensure service level agreements and client expectations are met. Furthermore, troubleshooting and resolving complex and escalated issues requiring solid attention to detail will be part of your responsibilities. You are expected to utilize a good understanding of IS COB & Controls procedures and concepts, as well as a basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and analyze problems, recommend and implement solutions. Resolving moderately complex problems projects through evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards will also be a key aspect of your role. You will need to apply a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in IS COB & Controls to accomplish objectives. Applying professional judgment when interpreting data and results, as well as appropriately assessing risks when making business decisions, are crucial aspects of this role. You must demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency are essential components of this position. Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Project Management skills - Data Analysis capabilities - Reporting Ability Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.,
