Coating Operator – Tablet & Capsule Manufacturing

Fido Pharma is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer committed to ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coating Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate coating equipment (e.g., perforated pan coaters, fluid bed coaters) according to batch records and SOPs.
• Monitor coating processes, including inlet/outlet temperatures, spray rate, and pan speed to ensure product quality.
• Perform equipment setup, changeover, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
• Accurately complete batch documentation, cleaning logs, and other production records.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Conduct in-process checks and ensure adherence to critical process parameters.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating coating equipment in a pharmaceutical API or nutraceutical manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of coating processes for tablets and capsules (e.g., film coating, sugar coating, enteric coating).
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and batch documentation.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
