Role & responsibilities Conduct inspection of bare and blasted pipes for surface roughness, salt contamination, cleanliness, dust level, and conductivity. Monitor in-process and post-coating application parameters substrate temperature, ambient conditions, line speed, quenching time, DFT (Dry Film Thickness), cutback, and overall visual inspection. Perform and monitor online and offline testing, including holiday test, bond strength test, impact test, etc. Prepare detailed inspection and testing records.
