The role of Head Coach at Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) located in Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram involves overseeing all coaching activities and training sessions. With over 20,000 kids trained and a team of 2,000+ coaches, BBFS offers non-residential and residential training across India for age groups 5-23. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for player development programs and ensuring the implementation of the grassroots training curriculum. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in coaching football at grassroots and youth levels in an academy setup. Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. It is preferred that the candidate holds a C license or D license with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and a passion for developing young talent and promoting sportsmanship are also key requirements.
