Coach - Design and Technology

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering the Creya XEL Program for K12 students in a partner school in Raipur. Your role involves ensuring the successful delivery of learning outcomes and providing an engaging experience to students through hands-on projects in latest technologies such as IoT, Engineering, and Robotics. This opportunity requires a strong passion for working with students aged 6 to 16, curiosity about technologies, and self-drive. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of delivering tools like IoT, Engineering, Robotics, etc. to students for student enrichment programs. - Provide an engaging experience to students, teachers, and school management by extending learning beyond the classroom environment. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Experience working with technologies like Robotics, Mechatronics, Coding, 3D Design, and Programming. - Minimum of 2 years of team working experience. - Degree or masters in engineering (Comp, Electrical, ECE, Mech), Design. - Adaptable personality with the ability to manage chaos and confusion comfortably. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Passion for building brands, goal-oriented, and self-driven. - Dedication to mentoring students in leveraging technology for national and international competitions, fostering innovation, problem-solving, and real-world application of STEM concepts.
