Coach - Design and Technology

As a Creya XEL Program Instructor, your main responsibility will be to deliver the program to K12 students at a partner school in Raipur. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of learning outcomes and providing an engaging experience to students through hands-on projects in IoT, Engineering, and Robotics. Your passion for working with students aged 6 to 16, along with your curiosity about technologies, will be key in excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of delivering tools such as IoT, Engineering, and Robotics to students for student enrichment programs. - Provide an engaging learning experience to students, teachers, and school management by extending learning beyond the traditional classroom environment. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Experience working with technologies like Robotics, Mechatronics, Coding, 3D Design, and Programming. - Minimum of 2 years of team working experience. - Degree or masters in engineering (Comp, Electrical, ECE, Mech), Design. - Adaptable personality with the ability to manage chaos and confusion comfortably. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Passion for building brands, goal-oriented, and self-driven. - Dedication to mentoring students in leveraging technology for national and international competitions, fostering innovation, problem-solving, and real-world application of STEM concepts.,
