• Sell & lease co-working spaces to individuals, startups, and companies
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and creative marketing
• Manage leasing agreements, renewals & client relationships
• Supervising interior fit-out projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards
• Oversee daily operations from reception to housekeeping to vendors
• Maintaining the space to high facility standards and ensuring smooth functioning

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• 1+ year in co-working, real estate, or facility management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout review & planning
• Familiarity with CRM tools for sales and client tracking
• Sales, negotiation & communication skills that seal the deal
• Organizational skills + leadership to manage teams & vendors
