Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign daily work to field manpower (splicers, riggers, technicians, helpers, etc.).
Maintain daily attendance and deployment records of manpower across different telecom sites.
Communicate with site in-charges and team leaders to monitor job status and work progress.
Ensure timely replacement of absent or unavailable manpower.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports with management and clients.
Support in mobilizing new manpower for upcoming projects or sites.
Coordinate with HR and accounts for salary, attendance, and documentation updates.
Ensure that manpower follows safety and compliance standards at work sites.
Handle client communication regarding manpower requirements and availability.
Track job completion, work quality, and feedback from site supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
