As a Co-Founder & CTO at Achieverr.ai, an early-stage start-up in the Agentic Intelligence space, your role will be crucial in building the next generation AI-powered career platform. Key Responsibilities: - Be hands-on as engineer #1 to lead the build of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). - Drive product ideation, architecture, and implementation. - Take ownership of the technical infrastructure and drive continuous improvements. - Integrate APIs and third-party tools to enhance the platform's features. - Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database). - Own the technical architecture and development, making decisions on technologies, architecture design, and engagement with vendors or partners. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Utilize expertise in open-source technologies like Java, Springboot, Postgres, MongoDB, and Generative AI. Qualifications Required: - A tech enthusiast with a passion for building innovative solutions around AI agents. - Proven experience in developing AI-driven products. - Expertise in Java, Springboot, Postgres, MongoDB, and Generative AI. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. - Prior experience in integrating APIs and third-party tools for platform enhancement.
