We are excited to invite a motivated and passionate Co-Founder & CTO to join our promising tech start-up as a core team member. If you are a tech enthusiast looking for a challenging opportunity to build something from scratch, this role is ideal for you. We are specifically searching for an experienced developer who is enthusiastic about creating AI-driven / Agentic Intelligence products and is eager to learn and innovate in the constantly evolving AI landscape. Your responsibilities will include being a tech enthusiast with a strong drive for building innovative solutions centered around AI agents. You will take the lead as engineer #1 in developing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), driving product ideation, architecture, and implementation. It will be your responsibility to manage the technical infrastructure, implement continuous improvements, integrate APIs and third-party tools to enhance platform features, and write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and database). Additionally, you will be tasked with owning the technical architecture and development, making decisions on technology selection, architecture design, and engaging with vendors or partners. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and expertise in open-source technologies such as Java, Springboot, Postgres, MongoDB, and Generative AI.
