Role Description Co-founder (Investment, Marketing & Distribution

)This is a full-time, hybrid leadership role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial remote collaboration. The Co-founder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory, focusing on marketing, distribution, and strategic investments. Responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, building and managing key partnerships, and overseeing sales and revenue goals. The role also involves contributing to fundraising efforts, managing investor relations, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to scale the business while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and strong brand positioning.

Proven experience in Marketing and Sales with a strong track record of driving business growthStrong analytical and research abilities to support data-backed decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partnershipsEntrepreneurial mindset with a willingness and capacity to contribute financially as a co-founderSolid understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and performance-driven strategiesLeadership experience in a startup or high-growth environment is advantageousBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
