🚀 Looking for a Rockstar Tech Co-Founder (Mobile Developer – Android)

Hi everyone! I’m building Dihadi – a mobile-first platform to solve one of India’s biggest unstructured problems: connecting daily wage workers with contractors in real time.

Millions of daily wagers spend hours searching for work, while contractors struggle to find skilled labour quickly. Dihadi aims to fix this with a powerful, scalable mobile app.

I'm in search of a dedicated, energetic, and skilled Android developer who can join as a co-founder (equity-based role). Someone who truly wants to build something meaningful and game-changing from the ground up.

You should be:

• An experienced mobile app developer (preferably Android-first)
• Strong in architecture, APIs, Firebase/backend or similar stacks
• Ready to commit full-time or part-time with real ownership
• A problem solver with a product-building mindset

💰 Compensation: This is an equity-based role. Salary can be discussed as the company grows and revenue kicks in. You'll be a core part of the founding team.

I’ll be handling:

• Market research, branding & GTM
• Sales & partnerships
• Operations, marketing, and user onboarding

You’ll be handling:

• App development, architecture & scaling
• All things tech
