• Strategic Content Leadership:

  Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with TheSocialTalks mission and maximizes reach to the millennial demographic through journalistic relevance.

• Editorial Governance & Integrity:

  Establish and enforce rigorous editorial standards, fact-checking protocols, and ethical guidelines across all content published on the platform.

• Team Management & Mentorship:

  Lead, manage, and inspire a dynamic, remote team of writers, editors, and contributing journalists, cultivating a culture defined by journalistic excellence and professional development.

• Audience Development:

  Directly drive platform visibility and audience growth through strategic use of digital channels, content optimization, and innovative, data-driven storytelling formats.

• Vision & Strategy:

  Collaborate closely with co-founders on defining the company's strategic roadmap, product development, monetization strategies, and long-term scaling initiatives.

• Newsroom Operations:

  Optimize newsroom workflows, editorial calendars, and publication schedules to meet demanding deadlines and maintain a competitive edge in the fast-paced digital landscape.

• Proven Leadership:

  Extensive experience in leading, scaling, and managing editorial teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven newsroom or digital publishing environment.

• Editorial Acumen:

  Strong experience in complex editorial decision-making, news judgment, and maintaining rigorous ethical and legal standards in digital reporting.

• Digital Landscape Expertise:

  Deep understanding of the news media landscape, emerging trends, audience behavior, and the critical role of data in content strategy.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Expert knowledge of digital publishing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and advanced expertise in

  SEO, traffic generation, and digital analytics.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial abilities necessary for a partnership-based growth role.

• A genuine passion for journalism and an unwavering commitment to

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field is required.
