Co-Founder - CTO

You will be joining SarthiAI, a company that is at the forefront of building enterprise AI infrastructure from India. As a seasoned technical co-founder, your role will involve coding, extending functionalities of the Vector Database, working on benchmarks, creating server-less versions of product offerings, researching enhancements, improving performance, providing technical guidance, strategic leadership, exploring partnerships, publishing research papers, hiring and mentoring technical talent. Your responsibilities will evolve along with the company. Key Responsibilities: - Initially focusing on coding and ensuring code works perfectly - Extending functionalities of the Vector Database - Working on multiple benchmarks - Creating server-less versions of product offerings - Researching functionalities and libraries for enhancements - Improving performance and both space and time complexity - Providing technical strategic guidance and leadership - Identifying what can work better and strategic partnerships - Publishing research papers - Hiring and mentoring technical talent Qualifications Required: - Hands-on technical professional - Veteran in C++ and Python - Strong experience as a full-stack (JavaScript) developer - Proficient in using AI appropriately - Comfortable creating IaC for on-click deployments - Experience with multiple cloud systems like AWS, GCP, Azure - Strong articulation skills - At least a Computer Science graduate from a top-tier institute (IIT or NIT) - Master's degree and Ph.D. holders will be given preference - Minimum of 8 years of professional hands-on technical experience, startup experience is a bonus Additional Company Details: SarthiAI is focused on equity compensation, offering 3% - 7% equity which is negotiable.
