Co-Founder - CTO

As a seasoned technical co-founder at SarthiAI, your primary responsibility will be coding and ensuring flawless execution of every code. Additionally, you will be expected to extend the functionalities of the Vector Database, work on multiple benchmarks, create server-less versions of our product offerings, and research functionalities and libraries to enhance our offerings. You will also focus on improving the performance in terms of space and time complexity, provide technical strategic guidance and leadership, identify potential partnerships, publish research papers, and be involved in hiring and mentoring technical talent. Your role will evolve in alignment with the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Code efficiently and effectively - Extend functionalities of the Vector Database - Work on multiple benchmarks - Create server-less versions of product offerings - Research and implement new functionalities and libraries - Enhance performance and optimize space and time complexity - Provide technical strategic guidance and leadership - Identify potential partnerships - Publish research papers - Hire and mentor technical talent Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in C++ and Python - Full-stack development experience, particularly in JavaScript - Knowledge and understanding of AI implementation - Ability to create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for on-click deployments - Experience with multiple cloud systems such as AWS, GCP, Azure - Strong articulation skills - At least a Computer Science graduate from a reputed institute (IIT or NIT) - Preference given to candidates with Master's or Ph.D. degrees - Minimum of 8 years of hands-on technical experience, startup experience is a plus Please note: - This is an equity-only role with negotiable equity shares between 3% - 7%. - Candidates must have a GitHub account with visible contributions. - Applicants should be proactive doers rather than thought leaders. - This role is not suitable for those seeking quick financial rewards or a fixed salary.,
