Candidates have to take skill assessments proctored by our state of the art AI Model and their applications gets ranked on the basis of combined skills score as per the requirement of the job listing , therefore highlighting the most suitable ones in an absolute straight forward fashion . Recruiter and an applicant will have a clear cut idea where the application stands , No more getting lost amidst the crowd or analyzing an application on guesswork . Requirements - This time we are looking for someone with great experience in Digital Marketing & Sales and relevant and proven experience in Human Resources would be amazing .I have very simple requirements ....1. Who has a itch to run a business?2. Who is so good at what they do, that they tell us what to do rather the other way around ?3.Who might be considering Workong useful and worthy even if they are not a part of it ?Compensation & Position On Board - Right now nobody is getting compensated so it remains as it is for everyone. The moment we get the first check or hit serious revenue both salary and position among Board of Director will be insured. Commitment - Need not to necessarily quit their job and be full-time .
