Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Head of Finance and Accounting for CA (Qualified) or CMA (Qualified) candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience. The Head of Finance and Accounting will oversee the preparation of financial statements, analyze financial data, manage financial reporting, and handle budgeting processes. Other responsibilities include developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance. Qualifications Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance skills Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS & Compliance Analytical Skills Budgeting skills Excellent leadership and management skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
