We are a company with complete EPC Expertise and our own ASME U Stamp approved pressure vessel fabrication shop at Thane, India. OUR EXPERTISE INCLUDES: • Construction of Large LPG and OIL import Terminals (25,000 MT LPG Terminal at Kenya and over 10 Import Terminals) • Construction of Marine Class approved LPG Barges (2,500 MT Barge X 3 Nos) • ASME U Stamp approved fabrication shop. • Hydrogen Vessels (Large Diameter Spheres-26 Bar) • High-pressure Hydrogen Cascades and Variable Volume Gas Holders. • Ammonia Storages (Pressurized and Refrigerated) • Shop Fabricated Cryogenic Tanks (PESO approved Shop) • Operaon and Maintenance Contracts for utilities • CNG storage and Dispensing Stations • Hydrogen Storage and handling solutions Optech is a leading player in the oil and gas industry, specializing in LPG. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Engineer to join our team. Job Responsibilities: • Lead mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to Timelines, budget, and quality standards. • Utilize extensive experience and knowledge in designing, installing, and maintaining hydrogen and CNG storage and handling soluons. • Develop detailed mechanical designs, including specificaons, drawings, and calculaons, for various projects such as hydrogen vessels, CNG storage systems, and associated infrastructure. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment required for projects, ensuring compliance with specificaons and quality standards. • Ensure all mechanical engineering acvies comply with relevant industry standards, regulaons, and company procedures, parcularly ASME U Stamp requirements. • Idenfy potenal risks associated with mechanical engineering projects, develop migaon strategies, and implement appropriate measures to minimize risks. • Collaborate with cross-funconal teams including engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure smooth project execuon and resolve any technical issues that may arise. • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. • Maintain accurate project documentaon, including progress reports, engineering drawings, and technical specificaons, to facilitate effecve communicaon and project tracking. • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in mechanical engineering technologies, particularly in the fields of hydrogen and CNG, and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and performance. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical project engineering, with a focus on hydrogen and CNG storage and handling soluons. • Proficiency in AutoCAD soware and other engineering tools. • Strong analycal and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communicaon and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
