As a Full Stack Developer at our company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining web applications using React, C#.NET, and SQL Server. With over 4 years of experience in full-stack development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include front-end development tasks such as developing user-facing features using React.js, ensuring UI/UX design feasibility, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and collaborating with UI/UX designers for visual design integrity. On the back-end, you will design, develop, and maintain APIs and server-side logic using C#.NET, manage SQL Server databases, and integrate front-end and back-end components. In terms of database management, you will design, create, and maintain database schemas and objects, write efficient SQL queries, and optimize database performance. Communication and collaboration are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to implement innovative solutions, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance applications. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have relevant work experience in full-stack development. Technical skills required include proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, C#.NET, SQL, and familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and more. Soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and self-motivation are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with other front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
