CNC/VMC/TMC SETTERS

Role Overview: You will be responsible for operating machines efficiently and ensuring the smooth functioning of the production process. Your role will require a good understanding of engineering drawings, measurement tools, and machine codes. You will also need to perform offset operations, maintain machine check sheets, and monitor production logs to achieve shift targets. Key Responsibilities: - Read engineering drawings and understand measurement techniques - Handle tools and perform tool changes as required - Use Codes (M and G) during machine operations - Perform offset operations and check tool conditions regularly - Monitor gauges availability and process rejections - Maintain production logs and reports - Conduct daily maintenance tasks on machines - Ensure compliance with Geometrical Dimensional Tolerances (GDT) symbols - Control process rejections and optimize production cycle time Qualification Required: - Diploma in a relevant field Additional Details: The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge of CNC Turning, Milling machines, Turnmill, and Millturn processes. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages are required. Additionally, the ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs will be beneficial for this role.,
