As a Senior Software Engineer in Cloud Backend at Saarthee, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing server-side applications on a large-scale, geographically distributed infrastructure. This dynamic role offers you the opportunity to drive impactful projects, implement cutting-edge solutions, and contribute to products used worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement features in distributed backend systems. - Own feature delivery from concept to completion. - Develop unit tests and integration tests. - Address performance and reliability challenges at a global scale. - Triage and resolve reported bugs. - Share innovative ideas with the engineering team. **Qualifications Required:** - BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. - 5-10 years of relevant development experience. - Proficiency in Java. - Experience with AWS technologies. - Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm. - Development experience with Linux, Bash. - Intermediate knowledge of version control tools like git. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ArgoCD. - Knowledge in NoSQL, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and CNCF technologies. - Experience with distributed systems architectures. - Understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and event-driven architecture. - Knowledge of Web technologies including REST and gRPC. As an additional attribute, experience with Python is a plus, along with familiarity with Agile development concepts.
