Conduct breakdown analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement process for efficient utilization. Provide on-the-job training to junior engineers to enhance their skills. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders regarding maintenance activities. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages like Mitsubishi Q Series & FX Series. Proficiency in handling various types of machinery including MIG welding machines.
