CNC & VMC Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sets up machines and equipment, programs machines and makes any modifications
• Requisition tooling & raw material required to meet production goals.
• Interprets specifications, Layout drawings, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Performs activities of workers supervised, this a “hands on position”

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• In their daily activities this person will direct up to 30 employees in the CNC & VMC Department.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, training employee, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems, always leading.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
