Key responsibilities include: - Programming knowledge and ability to edit programs according to output or new requirements. - Conducting changeover settings as per the scheduled time. - Ensuring the production process aligns with the control plan and is free from rejection parts. - Proficiency in reading drawings and conducting part inspections. - Selecting tools based on product requirements. - Managing shift manpower in accordance with the production plan. - Familiarity with ISO & IATF production documents. - Understanding of new product development processes.
