We are hiring for CNC Turning Operators for one of the leading aerospace company in Hyderabad. Interested candidates can share their resume to kirankumar.swarna@cielhr.com Position: CNC Turning Operator Experience: 2 to 8 years State & Location: Hyderabad (Tunki Bollaram & Shapur Nagar Jeedimatla) Working hours: 8 to 12 hours Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC and manual turning machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine settings and tooling requirements. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Inspect finished parts for quality and precision using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to achieve desired specifications. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining is preferred. Proven experience as a Turning Machinist or similar role. Proficiency in operating CNC and manual turning machines. Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Experience with precision measuring instruments and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a machining environment.
