Role & responsibilities Training Delivering: Conduct classroom and practical sessions on CNC machine operation, setup, and programming . (e.g., CNC Cutting, Punching, Drilling, Stamping ) Design & Develop Curriculum: Design or adapt training programs to meet industry standards and certification requirements. Create lesson plans, training manuals, and assessments. Creating and updating training materials and programs. Practical Demonstration: Demonstrate correct machine setup, tool changes, offset adjustments, and troubleshooting methods. Supervise hands-on practice to ensure proper technique and safety. Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor student progress through tests, practical assessments, and feedback sessions. Maintain records of student performance and attendance. Provide feedback and guidance to improve learner outcomes. Machine & Lab Maintenance: Ensure CNC machines and tools are in proper working condition. Perform minor maintenance or coordinate with technicians for repairs. Quality Control: Teaching trainees how to inspect parts and ensure they meet quality standards. Staying Current: Keeping up with the latest advancements in CNC technology and programming. Stay up to date with CNC technology trends and updates. Coordinate with industry experts or companies for guest lectures, workshops, or internships. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. Certification in CNC Programming/Operation (optional but preferred). Prior experience operating CNC machines (minimum 5-7 years). Teaching or training experience is an advantage.
