Job Description

Job Title: CNC Supervisor—PCB Manufacturing (Automation Expertise)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC supervisor with expertise in automation for our PCB manufacturing plant. The role involves supervising CNC drilling/routing operations, improving process efficiency, and ensuring production quality through automation and equipment optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise CNC drilling and routing teams in PCB production.
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Implement automation to improve cycle times and reduce defects.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
Train operators and maintain equipment performance.

Requirements:

5+ years of CNC experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
Strong understanding of CNC programming and automation systems.
Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards (IPC).
Experience with CAM software (e.g., UCAM, Genesis) is a plus.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
