Job Description

You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating CNC programs to achieve precise and efficient machining of components. Your role will require strong technical expertise in CAD/CAM software, programming, and machining processes to support production needs. You will oversee day-to-day CNC operations, ensuring smooth workflow, machine utilization, and achievement of production targets. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of operators, coordinating with the planning and quality teams, and driving productivity while maintaining high safety and quality standards. - Develop and generate CNC programs for all machines to ensure efficient and accurate operations. - Provide technical guidance and resolve queries raised by machine operators. - Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards across the CNC shop floor. - Plan and execute scheduled maintenance for all CNC machines to minimize downtime. - Oversee manpower management within the CNC Department, including recruitment and onboarding processes. - Ensure the quality of machined components aligns with engineering drawings and specifications. - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize machining operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency. - Maintain accurate documentation of production metrics, machine maintenance activities, and employee performance records. - Manage inventory and records of tools, inserts, and cutters within the shop floor. - Design and develop fixtures to streamline machining processes and reduce cycle times. Qualifications: - Proficient in CNC programming to effectively operate and optimize machine tools. - Strong knowledge of Machining and Milling techniques to maintain high standards of production accuracy. - Expertise in Technical Drawing and understanding engineering designs for precise execution of projects. - Strong leadership and team coordination skills to effectively supervise shop operations. - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining and supervisory roles. - Technical education background, such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering, is preferred.,
