CNC Programmer ( Production technologist)

We are hiring B-Tech graduate for our company's production division. As a Production Technologist, you will be responsible for the development of control programs (for CNC equipment), in debugging the developed programs, correcting them in the process of refinement, drawing up instructions for working with programs. Establishes the procedure for performing work and the operational route for processing parts and assembling products.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops, using design automation tools, and implements advanced technological processes, types of equipment and technological tooling, automation and mechanization means, optimal production modes for the products manufactured by the enterprise and all types of work of various complexity, ensuring the production of competitive products and reducing material and labour costs for its manufacture. Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning on mechanical equipment and assemblies.

• Participates in the development of control programs (for CNC equipment), in debugging the developed programs, correcting them in the process of refinement, drawing up instructions for working with programs. Train and mentor junior Gun Cleaners as needed.
• CNC programming is a mandatory skill.
• Coordinates the developed documentation with the divisions of the enterprise. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Analyses the causes of defects and production of products of low quality and low grades, participates in the development of measures for their prevention and elimination.
• Develops methods of technical control and testing of products.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• B-TECH Mechanical or electrical (Required)

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
• Strong knowledge of excel and report generation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines.
• Knowledge of either AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 03 years of experience.
