CNC Programmer - Jigani Location

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-precision components, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring product quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and write CNC programs for milling, turning, and/or multi-axis machining centers. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining. Set up and prove out CNC programs on the shop floor. Optimize existing programs to improve cycle time and tool life. Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure part accuracy and manufacturability. Troubleshoot machining issues and provide corrective actions. Maintain program documentation and revision history. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in CNC programming using software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, or similar. Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code. Hands-on experience with CNC machine operations and setups. Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and 3D modeling tools. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and quality-conscious. Preferred Skills: Experience in precision machining for aerospace/automotive/medical components. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices. Familiarity with ERP systems and DNC software.
