CNC programmer cum operator

You will be joining Sawhney Engineering Co. as a skilled CNC Operator based in Meerut Road, Ghaziabad. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the precision machining of components and parts using computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and prepare CNC machines for operation by loading materials and tooling - Program the CNC machines with the required codes and specifications - Perform routine maintenance on the CNC machines to ensure optimal performance - Monitor the machining process to maintain product quality by making necessary adjustments - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards - Troubleshoot and address issues with CNC machines, tools, or materials - Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines - Document production data and collaborate with team members to optimize production processes - Meet production goals Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role - Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines - Strong attention to detail and quality standards - Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively - Good communication and teamwork skills - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Your role as a CNC Operator at Sawhney Engineering Co. will play a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet the company's standards of accuracy and efficiency.,
