Title CNC programmer cum operator

You will be joining Sawhney Engineering Co. as a skilled CNC Operator based in Meerut Road, Ghaziabad. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the precision machining of components and parts using computer numerical control (CNC) machines. As a CNC Operator, you will be expected to set up and prepare CNC machines for operation by loading materials and tooling. Programming the CNC machines with the required codes and specifications will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and monitoring the machining process to maintain product quality by making necessary adjustments. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards, troubleshooting and addressing issues with CNC machines, tools, or materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines are integral parts of the role. You will also be required to document production data, collaborate with team members to optimize production processes, and meet production goals. Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is crucial to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
