CNC Production / Manufacturing Supervisor

Role Overview: As a CNC & VMC Setter/Supervisor, your role involves setting up and operating CNC and VMC machines to produce parts with precision. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up and operating CNC and VMC machines according to production specifications. - Programming machines and adjusting controls to maintain quality standards. - Conducting machine checks and preventive maintenance for smooth operation. - Loading and editing CNC and VMC programs using appropriate software. - Performing tool changes, alignment, and calibration as needed. - Inspecting finished products with precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy. - Troubleshooting any discrepancies and maintaining production documentation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10th/12th grade or any degree. Please Note: This job is open for male candidates aged between 18 to 40 years. The salary ranges from 17,000 to 26,500 based on knowledge and experience. The job types include full-time and permanent positions with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, food, health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule may involve day, night, or rotational shifts with a yearly bonus included.
