CNC Production Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Control
• NPD New components development
• Oversee CNC Machining Operations: Ensure the quality and precision of products.
• Optimize Production Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of CNC engineers and operators.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to streamline production processes.
• Supervision and Training: Supervise, train, and support CNC staff in programming, setup, tool selection, and troubleshooting.
• Process Improvements: Implement process improvements to reduce setup time and machining.
• Maintenance: Schedule regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
• Quality Control: Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues with tooling, material, programs, or operators.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Typically, 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Proficient in programming, editing, setup, and troubleshooting of CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with FANUC controls and G-code programming.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an environment with metal chips, oils, and cutting fluids.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
