About the Role
Mr. Print World is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with strong technical skills in machine operation and design/programming. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in CNC machining and the ability to work with design software (CAD/CAM) for creating or modifying machine programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and set up CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
· Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
· Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
· Monitor machine operations, perform quality checks, and ensure precision.
· Maintain machines, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety standards.
· Collaborate with the design team for product improvements.
Requirements
· ITI/Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical or related field.
· Proven experience as a CNC Operator (2–4 years preferred).
· Knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and G/M codes.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Willingness to work with accuracy and meet production deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
