CNC operator cum Programer for facade

As a CNC Operator cum Programmer at Milestone Aluminium, your role will involve operating and programming CNC machines, particularly focusing on Elumatec machining centers in the faade industry. You will be responsible for ensuring machining accuracy, interpreting fabrication drawings, and contributing to the overall production process. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and manage CNC machines, specifically Elumatec machining centers. - Perform basic CNC programming and adjustments for doors, windows, unitized systems, and Louvers as per job requirements. - Set up machines for production by arranging tools, fixtures, and materials. - Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain dimensional accuracy and desired finish. - Interpret and work from faade fabrication drawings and machining details effectively. - Maintain production logs and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and calibration of CNC machines. - Identify and report machine issues, as well as assist in troubleshooting when needed. - Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to enhance workflow and output efficiency. - Follow safety protocols diligently to uphold a secure working environment. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator in the faade or metal fabrication industry. - Proficiency in Elumatec machine operation and basic programming. - Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication and machining drawings accurately. - Basic understanding of machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance practices. - Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety standards. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a production team.
