Job Description

Job Description :- CNC Machine Operation : Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, or grinding machines) according to job specifications and engineering drawings. Programming : Load, modify, and verify CNC programs based on customer and production requirements. Quality Control : Perform regular inspections on finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications. Tooling and Setup : Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workpieces on the CNC machines. Maintenance : Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication of machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve any issues with the machines or production processes, such as tooling wear, program errors, or equipment malfunctions. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of machine setups, production outputs, quality checks, and any changes made to the CNC program. Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials. Continuous Improvement : Suggest and implement improvements to machining processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
