CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator at Accusharp Cutting Tools, your role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines to ensure the efficient production of high-precision cutting tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating CNC machines such as lathe, milling, and grinding machines to manufacture cutting tools. - Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CNC programs. - Performing tool changes, setups, and calibration of machines. - Conducting routine machine maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. - Inspecting finished products using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. - Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and consistency. - Documenting production data and reporting any machine or product issues. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a CNC Operator; freshers with relevant education are also welcome. - Skills: Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, familiarity with CNC programming is an advantage, and willingness to work in rotating shifts.
