You will be responsible for maintaining various equipment used in the facility, including injection molding machines such as Arburg, Engel, Battenfield, Nissei & Roboshot, tool room machines like CNC mill Mazak, AGIE, EDM machines such as AGIE, Fanuc, and surface grinder, as well as AHU, STP, compressor, DG, and other utility equipment. Your key accountabilities and essential functions will include completing all maintenance service requests as assigned, scheduling and executing the Preventative Maintenance Program, overseeing work performed by outside contractors, providing 24-hour emergency maintenance service when scheduled, reporting any unusual occurrences or damages to the property manager, ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times, and performing various maintenance tasks such as plumbing (e.g. repairing leaks, unclogging drains), painting, carpentry, and masonry work. Additionally, you will be expected to work flexible hours, prepare ISO documentation, and have a good understanding of GMP standards. Your role will also involve carrying out any other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the facility.,
