CNC Machine Operator Trainee

Set up and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to cut, shape, and finish materials such as wood, plastic, metal, or composite materials used in interior production.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to ensure accuracy in production.

Load raw materials and perform routine machine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition.

Monitor machine performance during operation to ensure adherence to production standards and tolerances.

Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and adjust machine settings as necessary.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to prevent delays in production.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Collaborate with the design and production team to optimize workflows and meet production deadlines.
