CNC Machine operator

As a CNC Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machinery in alignment with technical specifications. You will be required to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ascertain machining requirements. Your duties will include monitoring machine operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality, and inspecting finished products using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. It will also be your responsibility to conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment and promptly report any issues that may arise. To qualify for this position, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training being preferred. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar role. Proficiency with machining tools, software like G-code, and adherence to safety standards are essential. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, coupled with a keen attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, will be advantageous in this role.
