You are going to collaborate technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions that address customer challenges and maximize value. You will manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You are going to collaborate with our local agent to support sales and distribute efforts effectively. You are curious and want to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary. You will prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and market trends. You have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the ERP/MES or related textile technology solutions sector. You have extensive experience in managing accounts and sales channels in the Indian textile manufacturing market. You have an understanding of ERP / MES systems, Industry 4.0 / digitalization concepts, and their application in manufacturing environments. You are an excellent communicator, negotiator and you have good presentatin skills. You are able to travel frequently within India and occasionally internationally.
